All weekly rentals are subject to 14% SF hotel tax, 1.0% SF Tourism District Assessment and 1.25% SF Moscone Expansion District Assessment (effective as of July 01, 2013). A security deposit of $250 (minimum) for shared rooms, $400 and up for private rooms, and a cleaning fee (if monthly) will be charged at check-in. For monthly stays, a cleaning fee of $25.00 for triple rooms, $35.00 for double shared rooms, and $50.00 for private rooms with one person. *Shared rooms for students only.
For San Francisco locations, F1 and J1 visa holders pay a minimum of $525.00 per person for security and key deposits for each shared room reservation. F1 and J1 visa holders pay a minimum of $825.00 for security and key deposits for each private room reservation. Other types of non-immigrant passport visa holders will pay a minimum of $725.00 per person for security and key deposits for each shared room reservation or a minimum of $1025.00 for security and key deposits for each private room reservation. Shared rooms are for students only, so a proof of being a current student is required before reservation confirmation. For San Francisco locations, US permanent residents and citizens’ applications and exact security and key deposit amounts will be determined by their credit history report.
