Monthly rates: A total security deposit beginning at $650 for a studio and a deposit of one month's rent for all other units. Restrictions may apply. $250 holding deposit and $25 application fee charged at the time of reservation. Remaining balance of security deposit, rent and cleaning fee collected at check-in. Cleaning fees: $50 studio, $70 small 1BR, $80 large 1BR, $100 2BR.

Weekly/daily rates: 10.5% hotel tax to be added. Parking is included. A credit card number (Visa or MasterCard) is required as the security deposit.

Pet Policy: One pet/animal under 20lbs per unit. Deposit is equal to one month rent. Cleaning fees are doubled.

Summer Rental Fees: July and August Summer Rental Fees apply. Monthly: all reservations with 10 or more days in either July or August will be subject to a $50 summer rental fee. All reservations with 40 or more days through July and August will be sunject to a $100 summer rental fee. Weekly: All weekly reservations in July and/or August will be subject to a $25 summer rental fee.

July and August Summer Rental Fee

Monthly: All reservations with 10 or more days in either July or August will be subject to a $50 summer rental fee. All reservations with 40 days or more through July and August will be subject to a $100 summer rental fee.

Weekly: All weekly reservations in either July and/or August will be subject to a $25 summer rental fee.

Weekly/daily rates: 3 week stay maximum; credit card (Visa or MasterCard) payment only. Weekly/daily rates are subject to a hotel tax of 10.5%.
